IIM Delivery Manager

The IIM Context

The IIM Business Line at ELCA delivers end-to-end solutions across the full information lifecycle, frequently combining multiple domains within a single engagement:

• Input Management / IDP – multichannel capture, OCR/AI extraction, downstream integration.

• Document Management – DMS/ECM, legal archiving, digital preservation, compliance.

• Output Management / CCM – document composition, personalisation, multichannel distribution.

• Enterprise BPM – workflow, case management, and cross-system process orchestration.

Your Mission

As a senior delivery authority, you will:

• Personally lead large and complex projects as Project Manager, with full delivery accountability.

• Provide senior oversight and coaching to Project Managers on smaller engagements, ensuring quality and control.

• Drive large offers (RFPs, pre-sales) and contribute to the conversion of strategic opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with Client Partners and Sales to structure credible delivery approaches.

• Develop, coach, and grow Project Managers and consultants within the BL.

• Contribute to value propositions and delivery maturity across the IIM Business Line.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12+ years in IT services or consulting, with a strong track record in delivery management.

• Proven experience managing complex projects and sensitive client situations.

• Coaching and people development capabilities.

• Familiarity with IIM/ECM solutions (Input, Document, Output Management, BPM).

• Strong credibility with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.

• Good grasp of financial and commercial dynamics of consulting engagements.

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
