property manager for commercial properties, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you manage a demanding portfolio of commercial properties, including planning and controlling the annual budget
• you maintain contact with tenants, owners, caretakers and craftsmen
• you are also responsible for initial and re-letting as well as for inspections and handovers of rental properties
• you organise repair, renovation and maintenance orders
• furthermore, you monitor rent policy and carry out rental contract and rent adjustments
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have training as a certified property manager or a comparable qualification
• you also bring several years of professional experience in property management
• professional experience in commercial property management is an advantage but not mandatory
• are you a sociable and proactive real estate professional who values direct contact with tenants?
