- Supporting and advising employees on HR matters
- Managing the time management system with monthly closings
- Preparing reports and analyses for decision-makers
- Participating in budget planning and strategic HR projects
- Federal HR specialist certificate is required
- Solid payroll knowledge and SAP experience are necessary
- Fluent German and very good English skills required

- Independent support of around 200 employees
- Involvement in strategic HR projects and year-end closing tasks

Responsibilities

Profile
- Several years of HR experience, preferably in the technology sector, required- Federal HR specialist certificate is required
- Solid payroll knowledge and SAP experience are necessary
- Fluent German and very good English skills required
