What is my role?

• Assembly and precise alignment of assemblies and components according to technical drawings and specified work plans

• Execution of various assembly tasks such as laying pipes and cables, screwing, riveting work as well as adjustment and alignment activities

• Ensuring compliance with dimensional tolerances and proper use of fixtures, gauges and special tools

• Ensuring timely and quality-compliant assembly according to specifications while observing all aviation-specific regulations and standards

• Participation in 5S activities and the continuous improvement process as well as consistent implementation of safety, environmental and quality guidelines and company regulations

• Close cooperation with the departments of quality assurance, supply chain, logistics and engineering

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical vocational training (for example polymechanic EFZ, plant and apparatus builder EFZ, mechanic EFZ or comparable) as well as motivation for continuous development

• Ideally several years of professional experience and sound technical know-how in the field of technology

• Solid knowledge of production and assembly processes as well as routine handling of technical drawings and technical documentation

• Good language skills in German and English, each at least at level B2

• Strong personal responsibility, independent and structured working style as well as high resilience and reliability

• Practical and solution-oriented approach as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
