As a skilled tradesperson, you will take on the responsibility for the properties assigned to you in this exciting position and ensure smooth operations with your structured and goal-oriented working style.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday, from 07:00 - 11:00 / 12:00
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
- General caretaker duties, inspection rounds, waste disposal, cleaning tasks, and minor repairs
- Coordination and supervision of third-party companies
- Conducting test runs on emergency generators
- Organization of maintenance
- Conducting fault analyses and inspections of building technology
- Ensuring winter service
- On-call duty readiness
- Ensuring area cleaning and green space maintenance
- Support during moving activities
WHAT MAKES YOU CONVINCING:
- Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or comparable skilled or technical training, as well as training as a caretaker is an advantage
- Professional experience in caretaking
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Good MS Office skills and affinity for working with internal programs
- Structured and independent working style
- Driving license category B
- Team-oriented and service-minded personality
- Flexible and resilient
- High customer orientation and very good manners
