In close collaboration with our legal experts and account managers, you negotiate contracts with our customers and suppliers in our favour and ensure contract administration as well as invoicing.</p><p></p><p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>You ensure that all contractual aspects from tendering to contract signing are flawlessly handled</p></li><li><p>You act as the interface between our legal experts and account managers and ensure high-quality contracts</p></li><li><p>You maintain and update our contract database of service agreements to always keep an overview and to trigger account managers early regarding contract renewals</p></li><li><p>You are responsible for invoicing recurring services</p></li><li><p>You support the creation, review, and negotiation of contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA)</p></li><li><p>You identify risks in contracts early and develop appropriate risk mitigation measures</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Profile and Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in business administration or comparable qualification</p></li><li><p>Good expertise in Swiss contract and obligations law</p></li><li><p>Experience in handling contracts, ideally in the technical field (e.g. telecommunications or IT)</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and negotiation skills</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of SLA management and service business is an advantage</p></li><li><p>Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)</p></li></ul><p> </p>
