About the job

The team consists of 13 employees who care for 24 beds in the specialist areas of MSK and INT/Angio. Thanks to the area nursing, both individual support and holistic, needs-based care of our patients are guaranteed. As a team, we meet each other at eye level. Everyone takes responsibility for their own tasks, and mutual support is a matter of course for us. We are a team that enjoys laughing together, communicates openly and respectfully, and places great value on a positive working atmosphere.

Your tasks

• Patient-oriented care:You help our patients find their way back to an independent life. Your work has a direct impact on the healing and treatment process
• Interdisciplinary collaboration:Through close cooperation with various specialist disciplines, you contribute significantly to holistic treatment and rehabilitation
• Variety: You can look forward to varied and responsible tasks. Flexibility and learning opportunities arise from the diverse medical histories of our patients

Your profile

• Training: You have completed recognition as a Certified Nurse or an equivalent qualification with at least one positive SRK PreCheck
• Experience: You bring experience in dealing with complex care situations and medical technology
• Commitment: You are committed to interdisciplinary collaboration
• Personality: You are a strong communicator with a high customer orientation, social skills and team orientation. In addition, you are characterised by flexibility, independence as well as a competent and well-groomed appearance
