- Know, practice, and respond correctly in emergencies – coordinating with fire department, police, medical emergency organizations, and with the center management. This responsibility is primary for this position and is highlighted here separately.
- Support in a meaningful and well-organized daily structure. Introduce and accompany our clients in their new environment.
- Take on the role of contact and trusted person in all matters.
- Support and contribute to a safe accommodation by enforcing house rules, attendance, cleanliness checks, de-escalation talks in conflicts up to taking sanctions.
- Organize as well as guide and work situationally in internal workfare: preparation of cleaning materials and ensuring general household tasks, laundry and clothing cleaning, enforcing hygiene regulations.
- Organize and carry out admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Requirements
- Secondary education II: Federal vocational certificate (EBA)
- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience
- Career changers possible
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable character (no entry in the debt collection and criminal register)
