Your Tasks
- Professional, organisational and personnel management of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Intermediate Care Unit (IMC)
- Ensuring high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Responsibility for personnel planning, duty roster design and resource management
- Leadership, motivation and development of employees
- Promotion of interprofessional collaboration with doctors and other professional groups
- Implementation and further development of quality and nursing standards
- Management of change and optimisation processes
- Support in the implementation of legal requirements and nursing professional demands
- Participation in projects to further develop inpatient care
Your Profile
- Completed training in health and nursing care, as a qualified nurse or a comparable qualification
- Completed specialist training in intensive and anaesthesia care (mandatory)
- Several years of professional experience in intensive care medicine or intermediate care
- Initial or several years of leadership experience in a hospital environment
- Completed ward management course or a recognised further training in ward management (mandatory)
- High professional competence as well as pronounced leadership and social skills
- Organisational talent, decisiveness and economic thinking
- Confident handling of digital documentation and planning systems
- Ideally additional qualifications in management or nursing management
