What is my role?

• Personnel management and support of the setters

• Troubleshooting injection moulding machines and production automation

• Optimisation of production processes

• Detailed planning of operating personnel in coordination with PPS

• Shift takeover and handover

• Handover and takeover of injection moulding tools

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical vocational training

• Advantageous: Plastics technologist, plastics processor or process mechanic for plastics

• Leadership experience in an industrial environment

• High quality awareness

• Independent, flexible and team-oriented personality

• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system)
