Site Manager / Site Manageress Photovoltaics

You don’t just want to observe the energy transition, but help build it? As a site manager in photovoltaics, you lead modern PV projects in the Emmental region and work with a team that supports and advances you. With modern tools, clear processes and real development opportunities, you can really take off with us.
Here is what you will do
- Independent execution of photovoltaic installations
- Monitoring the installation and assembly of PV systems
- Cost-conscious management and coordination of the construction site in technical and personnel matters in consultation with the project teams
- Organisation and control of daily workflows and leading a group on site at the construction site
- Responsibility for compliance with safety regulations and construction site rules
- Quality control and assurance, adherence to specifications and SIA standards
- Support in apprentice training
These are your skills and strengths
- Completed training in electrical installation, solar technology, construction or a comparable qualification
- Further training as a solar technician and/or corresponding experience in a comparable site management role
- Independence, commitment and sense of responsibility
- A team-oriented, likeable and motivated personality
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Driving licence category B
