- Support of status customers and sales and modifications of flight tickets as well as information about SWISS and our frequent flyer program Miles and More via telephone, email, and social media
- Taking on fixed tasks in the area of administration and development
- Participation in projects, sales initiatives, and workshops, e.g. Kaizen

Requirements
- Desired workload: A 100% workload is preferred for this position.
- Basic education / schools: High school graduate or graduate of a technical, commercial, business school, grammar school, or 3-year apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Professional experience in customer service/sales/tourism is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills, French and/or Italian are an advantage
- High service awareness, quick comprehension, independent, communicative, flexible
