For our dynamic Supply Chain Operations team, we are looking for a qualified
Order Management Clerk (80-100%)
Responsibilities
- High personal responsibility for the processing of customer orders (order entry, customs documents and invoicing including organisation of transport).
- Maintenance of customer master data in SAP R3 as well as various administrative tasks.
- First point of contact in daily business for the assigned customers.
- Support of other areas in Supply Chain Operations.
- Ensuring deputising for the Supply Chain Operations Switzerland and Export areas.
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial or equivalent education and have already gained several years of professional experience in order management.
- You are a team player through and through.
- Very good oral and written language skills in German/English.
- Very good ICT skills (MS Office and SAP R3).
- Good export knowledge.
- You are proactive, efficient, reliable, resilient and have good assertiveness. You also enjoy contact with external and internal customers.
- You enjoy working in a team and appreciate proactive collaboration.
