Customer Advisor 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Collaboration in a goal-oriented, independent and motivated team that faces new challenges.

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.

• Active acquisition of new customers through targeted cold calling.

• Preparation of calculations, concepts and offers as well as planning and monitoring of orders and projects.

• Organisation of kick-off meetings with internal and external partners as well as coordination of responsibilities.

• Development of suitable projects and solutions together with internal specialist departments, tailored to customer needs.

• Professional customer support with occasional customer visits in Switzerland as well as trade fair visits (approx. 30-40%).

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic technical training EFZ, ideally in the fields of design, mechanics or a comparable discipline.

• Further training in commercial or technical fields (e.g. sales specialist, technician HF or business administration) - completed or in training.

• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems.

• Technical understanding as well as experience in customer support, technical sales or project management.

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with organisational talent and a good sense of customer needs.

• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and enjoyment of personal customer contact.

• Willingness to travel for customer visits in Switzerland (approx. 30-40%) as well as participation in trade fairs.
