Your tasks – our position
- Professional care and management of patients before and after orthopaedic interventions
- Co-responsibility for evidence-based quality of care and participation in the continuous improvement process
- Promotion of goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interprofessional care team
- Ensuring future specialised knowledge through motivated guidance and support of our apprentices
Your skills – our expectations
- Diploma as a nurse ES/HES (for foreign diplomas, a positive CRS PreCheck is mandatory)
- Professional experience in acute care is an advantage
- Autonomy, strong sense of responsibility and high standards for the quality of one’s own work
- Organised and conscientious working method
- Team spirit, flexibility, resilience to stress
- Communication in German or French (spoken and written) with good knowledge of the other language (min. A2/B1)
