Due to an internal change, we are looking for a motivated, service-oriented and committed individual who will contribute to our continued success together with us.
What to expect
- Active advice and support of corporate clients in the field of personal insurance
- Independent management of the client portfolio (telephone and personal contacts with decision-makers at C-level and insurers)
- Conducting negotiations with insurers
- Design of innovative and customer-specific solutions
- Strategic further development of our services within the team, active support in implementation including positioning internally as well as externally with clients and insurers
What you bring
- Commercial basic training with further education in the field of social insurance or business administration (social insurance specialist certificate, advanced technical college, etc.)
- Several years of experience in advising and supporting larger corporate clients at a social insurance institution, a broker or an insurer
- Knowledge in project work as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Native German speaker and very good English skills
- Enjoyment of direct client contact; independent and responsible working style
