Job Description

Management & organisation

Supervise, support and develop the skills of the network team

Plan, prioritize and distribute activities ensuring deadlines are met

Monitor workload and ensure effective work organization

Lead team meetings and update internal procedures

Promote a collaborative environment focused on service quality

Operational management

Oversee the handling of service requests (incidents, changes, configurations)

Manage and validate complex incidents (level 3)

Ensure performance monitoring and network monitoring

Guarantee high availability of critical infrastructures

Architecture, evolution & security

Contribute to the design and evolution of network architectures

Manage the deployment of network and security standards

Ensure continuous security improvement (segmentation, filtering, NAC, authentication)

Participate in strategic technical projects (mobility, IoT, critical systems)

Work closely with systems, security and application teams

Coordination & communication

Interact with internal stakeholders and external partners

Provide regular reporting (activity, incidents, risks, projects)

Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards

Requirements

Profile sought

Higher education in IT or telecommunications

Proven experience in network and security (minimum 10 years)

First successful experience in management or technical supervision

Technical skills

Strong knowledge of routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, etc.)

Mastery of firewall and network security environments

Good knowledge of multi-site and critical environments

Assets

Network certifications (such as CCNA / CCNP)

Knowledge of Wi-Fi, NAC, automation or orchestration tools

Experience in complex or regulated environments

Personal qualities

Leadership and ability to unite a team

Service orientation and excellent communication

Rigor, organization and analytical mindset

Ability to manage priorities and critical situations

Results and quality oriented

Languages

French: excellent command

English: required technical level
