Your area of responsibility
- Hub function for service in the Zurich region: You coordinate, mediate, and ensure efficient information flow
- Independent planning of service orders and creation of invoices
- General correspondence with internal and external parties
- Planning and organization of administrative tasks – proactive, structured, and reliable
- Support of the team in operational matters with a high quality standard for your own work
- Solution-oriented, networked thinking with changing requirements
- Professional, friendly interaction with various stakeholders – you are an important representative of the location
