Your Tasks
- You ensure the high-quality and quantitative care of our inpatient residents
- You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
- You carry out the nursing documentation completely and independently
- You have knowledge in the application of RAI-NH assessments
- You promote the autonomy of our residents
- You recognize and manage emergency situations
- You take on night responsibility
What You Bring
- Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF, FH, DNI/II, Dipl. Nurse AKP, PsyKP
- Experience in permanent night shifts is an advantage
- You are independent, competent, and enjoy working in a team
- You have a passion for working with older people and are committed to the diverse tasks
- Good oral and written German skills
- Good RAI-NH knowledge, RAI-HC knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of topics such as palliative care, dementia, and wound management is an advantage
