tasks

• you manage and look after a portfolio mainly consisting of residential properties
• this includes both rental properties and condominium ownership
• you maintain contact with tenants, owners, caretakers and craftsmen
• you also organise repair and renovation orders and carry out heating and ancillary cost accounting
• finally, you organise condominium owners' meetings
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have solid professional experience in property management, especially in the mentioned areas (m/f/d)
• further training as a certified property manager or the willingness to obtain this would be ideal
• do you also consider yourself confident, well organised and customer-oriented?
