Learn museum activities: You will gain a versatile insight into the museum and exhibition activities of the Copperplate Print Room and collect valuable experience in a dedicated team.
Inventory and collection care: The focus of the activity is collaboration in the inventory and collection care of works on paper (drawings, watercolors, and print graphics from 6 centuries).
Administrative tasks: Furthermore, you support the Copperplate Print Room team in scientific research, administrative, and editorial tasks.
Data maintenance: In particular, handling originals and working with the collection database (MuseumPlus) require a high degree of care, precision, and conscientiousness as well as a pronounced interest in working with works on paper.
Experience: Good knowledge in the field of art on paper and an interest in older art are advantageous. You have experience with scientific museum software and working with digital image databases.
Personality: A quick grasp, independence, resilience, flexibility, and teamwork complete your profile.
Education: A prerequisite for application is an advanced university degree in art history (Master's).
Language: You have good foreign language skills in English and French.
