The EMS Les Clos d’Aubonne opened its doors in October 2024 and has 56 beds, covering two missions: geriatrics and advanced age psychiatry. The institution also benefits from 12 temporary care places, including the memory CAT. Overlooking the vineyards and the lake, the EMS d’Aubonne welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting. Located close to the village, it provides easy access to nearby shops and cafes. About 70 collaborators work there.

Head Nurse of Unit (ICUS) in Advanced Age Psychiatry (M/F) at 80%

YOU HAVE
- A Bachelor HES in nursing or a nurse diploma recognized by CRS.
- A certificate in proximity management or equivalent.
- A CAS in Psychiatry of the elderly / Psychogeriatrics, an asset.
- The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate and/or Advanced Age Psychiatry Companion (FAP), an asset.
- Experience in advanced age psychiatry.
- Strong autonomy and decision-making ability.
- Proactivity, initiative spirit, and solution orientation.
- Good communication and listening skills.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the proper functioning of a 28-bed advanced age psychiatry unit.
- Manage the operational management of the service and coordinate services related to resident support.
- Ensure the managerial management of the team in place.
- Guarantee the quality of care provided according to institutional reference frameworks.
- Manage the flow of residents in collaboration with the responsible physician and/or the clinical expert of the Department.
- Ensure the application of business processes in compliance with our quality system.
- Organize and supervise teaching activities and staff, student, and trainee training.
- Ensure quality relationships with residents and their close caregivers.
