Wädenswil is an attractive town on the left shore of Lake Zurich with just over 26,000 inhabitants. Around 380 employees work in the city administration, providing comprehensive services to the population on a daily basis.

The Socioculture department is part of the Society division of the city of Wädenswil. Its goal is to ensure that residents participate in social processes and can lead an independent and responsible life. 

From 17 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a person for a

(limited to one year or by agreement)

Your areas of responsibility include

• Co-responsibility for the operation and design of the youth culture house SUST
• Supervision of the information and contact point in the youth culture house SUST
• Outreach social work in public spaces
• Coaching and support of youth groups
• Insight into counselling for career choice and apprenticeship search
• Participation in youth work projects as well as within the Socioculture department
• Networking and public relations work
• Close cross-departmental collaboration with the rest of the Socioculture department team
