• Management and coordination of the installation department
• Planning and control of installation assignments
• Ensuring a smooth project process regarding quality, costs and deadlines
• Coordination with production, project management and sales
• Optimisation of installation processes and quality assurance
• Contact person for customers, internal teams and external partners

• Completed training in natural stone, carpentry or tiling craft, ideally supplemented by further training in construction management, project management or scheduling
• Motivated and dynamic personality with the desire to take the next career step and assume leadership responsibility
• Strong organisational/communication skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Confident handling of digital tools and ERP systems
• Resilience, initiative and a high sense of responsibility
