- You answer calls to our main number, respond to inquiries via email and phone, and manage the reception at the support center

You take care of data maintenance and new entries of clients and donors using the industry-specific software Perigon
You perform general administrative tasks
You work with the administration management and support them Your profile
Completed training in the commercial sector
Very good IT user skills (we use: MS Office and Perigon)
Networked analytical thinking
Independent, resilient, and team-oriented, as well as a high level of commitment
Experience in Spitex or in healthcare is an advantage We offer
