• Professional and organisational leadership of the team
• Responsible for resource planning from a technical and personnel perspective
• Ensuring operational business and further development of the systems under responsibility
• Coordination of the implementation of business requirements in the context of the systems under responsibility
• Ensuring the implementation of lifecycle projects
• Active participation in the realisation of corporate projects
• Co-responsibility for compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Active role at the interface between business and IT
• Responsibility for coordinating external service providers and partners

• Completed degree in business informatics or a technical field, ideally complemented by business management training
• Several years of leadership experience with proven ability to successfully lead and develop teams
• Solid practical experience with core banking systems, preferably Avaloq or comparable solutions
• Open and solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Fluent German and very good English skills
