Tasks
- Management of the coordination office for building applications and the specialist office for buildings outside the building zones
- Ensuring operation and gradual takeover of project management of the cantonal electronic platform for procedure coordination (URec)
- Review of building applications outside the building zones and ensuring enforcement in construction
- Enforcement of the implementation of the second stage revision of the Spatial Planning Act (RPG 2)
- Project management in the area of spatial monitoring and fundamentals
- Collaboration in internal and external administrative committees
- Consultation of municipal building authorities and handling of general spatial planning issues
Expectations
- Education as a spatial planner ETH, FH or comparable education
- Several years of practical experience in the construction and planning sector, preferably in administration
- Good knowledge of Swiss construction, planning and environmental law
- Very good spatial imagination and knowledge of plan review
- Good knowledge and great interest in the operation and further development of IT applications, preferably experience in operation and management of IT projects
- Systematic and precise working method, precise linguistic expression and legal interest
- Independence, flexibility and resilience
- Confident appearance, political intuition and negotiation skills
