Your tasks and responsibilities:

- Personnel management and training of employees in your region
- Handling complaints and troubleshooting in your region
- Ensuring sufficient resources in your region
- Quality responsibility for activities in your region
- Audits of technicians and customers on site
Your profile:
You are a committed individual with high quality standards and the following profile:
- Technical basic training with further education in leadership or an equivalent record of achievement
- Several years of leadership experience
- Ideally industry experience
- Confident use of MS Office
- Fluent German and French skills
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
