• Timely handling, planning and management of demanding modernisation projects in an international environment
• Development of innovative solutions for top modernisation offers for our customers
• Leading approval and acceptance activities to ensure flawless vehicle quality and timely approval
• Together with the project team, you implement the customer requirements specification and develop future-oriented modernisation solutions
• You lead a motivated project team, which is composed of various specialist departments depending on the project.
• You plan and manage the internal engineering activities
• Together with the project team, you create high-quality engineering documents, thereby making a significant contribution to the success of the project

• Completed studies as a mechanical engineer, electrical engineer or equivalent qualification
• Many years of experience in managing demanding projects in an international environment and in the railway industry or plant construction
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel (20-30%)
