You can make a difference
- You prepare meetings, presentations and evaluations professionally and accompany supplier discussions, take minutes and ensure structured follow-up.
- You support our purchasing team in day-to-day business throughout the entire product lifecycle. From the introduction of new products to the ongoing support and analysis of existing ranges.
- You create reports for internal stakeholders as well as business partners and contribute to transparent processes.
- You actively participate in the optimisation of purchasing and procurement processes.
What you bring with you
- Commercial basic training or comparable education.
- Enjoy analysing complex contexts and preparing them in an understandable way.
- You are characterised by a quick grasp, which makes it easy for you to get started with new processes and systems.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- A structured, reliable, proactive and independent way of working with a good sense of priorities and deadlines.
- Teamwork is a matter of course for you, as is close cooperation with other internal departments and suppliers.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- A good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and its particularities is an advantage
