Process Analytics is a division within the METTLER TOLEDO Group and a leading provider of field instruments for the analysis of liquids and gases in the process industry. At our main site in Urdorf, we develop and produce high-quality sensors for controlling production processes, which we distribute worldwide through our own market organisations. For our Quality Assurance department, we are looking for an initiative-taking, implementation-strong, and solution-oriented personality as a Quality Engineer 100% (all genders). In this role, you will undertake the following activities: You support, coordinate, and initiate CAPAs in case of production disruptions and lead 8D processes in the operations organisation to solve quality problems in a structured manner. You accompany and support the operations organisation in carrying out validations. You ensure that validations are conducted according to the specifications. Creation of quality requirements, documents, and setting up quality processes in projects. Coordination of document adjustments, as well as the creation of new documents such as test instructions, employee training documents, and technical delivery conditions. You work with interdisciplinary teams; Process Engineering, R&D, Production, Product Managers, and Purchasing to solve quality problems and lead release processes with the execution of risk analyses. You support quality management and represent the operations organisation during customer audits. You assist the operations organisation in creating statistics on scrap, QNs, etc.
