Your Tasks
Independent planning, control, and implementation of lean management projects and continuous improvement measures along the entire production chain – from value stream analysis (Value Stream Mapping) to sustainable implementation
Analysis and optimization of production processes regarding efficiency, quality, and waste reduction as well as support for layout planning and restructuring
Planning, conducting, and moderating Kaizen workshops, 5S activities, and continuous improvement rounds
Development, introduction, and further development of shopfloor management systems as well as lean management KPIs including regular reporting to management
Training and qualification of employees and managers in lean methods as well as cross-departmental collaboration with production management, quality management, purchasing, and logistics
Coordination of production-related projects
What We Are Looking For
Completed technical or business studies (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology) or comparable qualification as well as relevant professional experience in lean management, production optimization, or industrial engineering
Solid knowledge of lean methods such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM, Poka Yoke, Kanban, and Six Sigma as well as proven experience in conducting value stream analyses and leading continuous improvement projects
Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
Distinct analytical and structured working style combined with initiative, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
Strong communication skills, team orientation, and the ability to motivate employees at all hierarchy levels; very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
