- Planning and coordination of the tours of the Sierre operations center (Pallets, Detail) while respecting economic, legal, and ecological principles
- Flexible and cost-effective planning of our truck fleet
- Driver management
- Continuous optimization of daily planning and scheduling
- Customer contact
- Weekly schedule in 2 teams (7am-4pm and 12pm-9pm)
- Work on weekends (rotating shifts) and on-call on Saturdays.
- Experience in a similar position and experience in managing personnel in a comparable role
- Commercial training and ideally additional training
- Good geographical knowledge of Valais/Chablais
- Native French speaker with very good knowledge of German or vice versa
- Comfortable with common IT tools and modern communication
- Heavy vehicle driving license is an advantage
- Ease of contact and communication
- Excellent organizational skills
