ICT Supporter (m/f/d), 80-100%

The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders.

The ICT department is responsible for the IT infrastructure, support, and operation of all institutions of the Von Effinger Foundation. In doing so, we rely on modern Microsoft Cloud technologies in collaboration with our IT partner.

ICT Supporter (m/f/d), 80-100%

To strengthen our ICT team, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality at our Gontenschwil location starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• 1st and 2nd level support for our users within the entire Von Effinger Foundation (on-site and remote)
• Support and operation of Igel Thin Clients
• Installation and maintenance of workplace infrastructures (PC, laptop, printer)
• Independent analysis and resolution of technical faults
• User administration (entries and exits, changes)
• Coordination and collaboration with external ICT service providers
• Creation and updating of user manuals and documentation
• Support of users in all IT-related questions and concerns
• Training and support of our employees in handling IT systems

Your profile:

• Basic training as an IT specialist EFZ or career changer with professional experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Services (Entra ID, Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server)
• Experience with Microsoft AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop)
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a friendly and helpful personality
• Independent, precise, and structured way of working
• High service awareness and ability to work in a team
• Driver's license category B
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our locations
• We expect an attitude characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
