About the job
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the organisation and administration of courses, classes and seminars.
- You support the study management in all administrative and organisational matters.
- You are responsible for the administrative support of lecturers as well as advising students.
- You are responsible for the marketing and communication activities of the ITM (social media, campaigns, mailings).
- You maintain and optimise the ITM website.
- You take on assistant tasks in the Tourism Competence Centre and provide administrative support for research and consultancy projects.
- You organise events.
- You attend meetings, take minutes and also carry out general secretarial duties.
Your Profile
- You have a solid commercial education as well as qualified professional experience (ideally in education, tourism, or events).
- You have experience in creating online-appropriate content and are familiar with social media platforms.
- You communicate confidently in German (native language). Good English skills are an advantage.
- You are proficient in using MS Office.
- You are a resilient and flexible personality with a high awareness of quality.
- You like to take responsibility and enjoy working independently.
