For our Trek Store in Aarburg, we are looking for an experienced:

Bicycle Mechanic 50% (all genders)

About the role:

As a bicycle mechanic, you are responsible for repairs and assembly of our new bikes. We have an open workshop and repair all bike brands from bio-bikes to the most modern electric bikes. At the same time, you assist the sales team on the shop floor with final checks of sold bikes and of course also help out in sales.

This position requires contagious enthusiasm and the know-how to generate successful repairs as well as sales and to serve our customers with the best possible service. The ultimate goal? To build a community of dedicated customers who know that we are the business they can trust for great service.

Your main tasks:

• Repairs of all bike brands and types (from children’s bikes to mountain bikes, racing bikes and all types of e-bikes)
• Assembly of new vehicles
• Active customer advice and sale of bikes, accessories and clothing
• Recording, processing customer orders and handing over repairs

Your profile:

• Passion for bicycles
• Mechanical flair and know-how for bikes (EFZ bicycle mechanic advantageous, not mandatory)
• Logical, structured working behaviour with strong sense of responsibility
• Conscientious, independent and service-oriented working style
• Business fluent German
• Good English spoken and written
