In Zurich, we offer you three exciting workplaces: the 25hours Hotel Zurich West, the 25hours Hotel Zurich Langstrasse, and from the end of July 2025, the first Mama Shelter Hotel directly at Oerlikon station. Both 25hours hotels tell their own story – as do our colleagues. Our atmosphere is multicultural, our philosophy unconventional. We are a young team and love our informal culture mixed with good manners. Six meeting rooms, two restaurants, a bar – versatile opportunities to host parties and events in-house and bring cool products to customers and partners.

Job Description
What does your workday look like...
- Brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter: building and maintaining personal customer contacts as well as main contact person for business partners and customers in the respective business area
- Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customers for the MICE & Corporate and Leisure Groups segments via telephone and activities
- Representation of the hotels in sales talks, customer events, and events
- Continuous market observation and analysis
- Conducting hotel tours
- Development of strategies and measures to increase company success in coordination with the sales, marketing, and revenue departments
- CRM maintenance, administrative sales activities, and follow-up actions
- Responsibility for sales performance via MICE brokerage platforms
Qualifications

- You speak fluent German and English, additional languages are an advantage
- You can inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson. Nevertheless, you know what it means to complete administrative tasks cleanly and reliably
- You are not afraid to pick up the phone and actively offer our customers our great products
- You are a doer – and openly admit when you have made a mistake
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
