Portrait of the School/Institution
To expand our team, we are looking for a qualified teacher for the primary level in Schlosswil. In the team, we teach mixed-age groups of 5 to 7 students in Cycle 1 and 2. With innovation and commitment, we promote our psychosocially burdened students in an individualized manner. Experiences in nature and plenty of movement are integrated into the school day. The often regressed and highly active students are partially supported with individual assistance. Each teacher is responsible for 2 to 3 students and their parents. The teaching team is supported by school social pedagogy and psychological-psychiatric case management.

Responsibilities
- Lesson preparation and design
- Work with reference persons and parents
- Individualized support for students in individual and class settings
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Department responsibility in the team
- Writing reports, support and educational reports
- Participation in teacher conferences, supervisions, case discussions, and individual foundation events
Requirements
- Diploma/BA teacher/teacher kindergarten or in training for it.
- Desired additional training in school remedial pedagogy or in training for it
- High social competence and understanding of remedial pedagogy
- Joy and experience in dealing with psychosocially burdened children
- Enjoyment of movement and being in nature
- Appreciative personality with humor
- ICT knowledge and driver's license category B
