About the job
Your Tasks
- Taking responsibility for evidence-based, relationship-oriented psychiatric care in close interprofessional collaboration
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of individual nursing and sociotherapeutic measures
- Co-creating a recovery-oriented treatment environment and promoting the individual resources and independence of patients
- Professional management of demanding psychiatric treatment situations with a focus on prevention and evidence-based de-escalation strategies
- Involvement, advice and support of relatives and other reference persons
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH, ideally with experience or further training in psychiatry
- Interest in modern, evidence-based and recovery-oriented psychiatric care
- Enjoyment of responsible psychiatric care as well as independent and interprofessional work
- Relationship, communication and social skills
- Team-oriented, reflective and solution-focused working style
- Commitment to quality and interprofessional collaboration
