What you do
You keep the business running - between - managing the switchboard and being the first point of contact for phone calls, offers, projects, and personnel topics. - Coordinate office processes and provide administrative support with organizational talent, overview, and - create offers and co-manage projects with a flair for numbers and people.
- Organize incoming and outgoing mail
- Co-responsible for accounts receivable and payable (including Abacus)
- Think along, plan along, shape along 40-hour week
