Strategy Manager (all)

You don’t just want to advise, but actively shape? Develop and implement strategic initiatives that influence the entire company – especially our Energy Markets business unit. Together with top executives and an interdisciplinary, international team.

Your sphere of influence

• You take responsibility for implementing the Energy Markets Strategy 2030 as well as further developing sub-strategies in the areas of Asset Optimisation, Trading, Sales & Origination
• You confidently lead strategic projects and actively contribute your expertise on demanding topics in strategic management
• You independently structure complex issues and prepare well-founded decision-making bases for the business unit management
• You conduct analyses, contribute creative ideas and coordinate resources purposefully
• You develop practical recommendations for action and launch innovative initiatives in close coordination with the business unit management
• You independently handle confidential matters or work in a team across divisions and the group with management and experts from home and abroad

Your expertise

• Several years of experience in project and strategy management, preferably in implementing strategic initiatives and complex projects in large companies
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in market and financial analyses as well as developing innovative, strategic solutions
• High quality and performance standards combined with quick comprehension, interconnected thinking, independence, willingness to learn and perseverance
• Convincing leadership personality with the ability to lead, motivate and successfully manage experienced and interdisciplinary teams
• Master’s degree (business administration, engineering sciences or comparable) and at least 3-4 years of professional experience, ideally in the energy sector with a focus on strategic topics
