Landscape Supervisor 100%- Organise and supervise the daily activities of the landscaping teams
- Support, train and develop employees on site
- Ensure monitoring of working hours and resource management
- Manage supplies, equipment and stock
- Maintain close relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction
- Participate in the preparation of offers, quotes and other administrative tasks related to the mandate
- Federal VET Diploma in Landscaping or equivalent training
- Experience in managing a team of landscapers (minimum 6 people)
- Professional experience in the field of at least 5 years
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office)
- Structured work planning, methodical organisation and autonomous working method
- Strong customer orientation
