What is my role?

• Technical and personnel management of a team of five project managers and two CAD designers

• Assuming business management responsibility for the entire project department

• Active participation in the strategic development of the organisation

• Promoting team development in the areas of collaboration, personal responsibility, and professional excellence

• Continuous optimisation of processes and methods in project management

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in mechanical, plant, or environmental engineering at university of applied sciences level or equivalent qualification

• Several years of experience in leading projects or teams in mechanical or plant engineering

• Strong leadership skills and enjoyment in supporting and challenging employees

• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong assertiveness

• High communication skills and negotiation ability

• Structured, solution-oriented, and integrative working style

• Fluent knowledge of German or French

• Additional national languages are an advantage
