Orion is a dynamically growing, innovative legal protection insurer based in Basel. We help our customers understand their legal risks and protect themselves against them intelligently.
For our 12-month training program, we are looking for a motivated and committed individual as a legal trainee (100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
During the 12-month training phase, the focus is on telephone legal advice for our private and corporate clients in private law, such as tenancy and labor law. Another focus is working in our Claims Center, where legal cases are opened, coverages and deadlines are checked, and simpler legal cases are handled independently. Our trainee program offers you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the daily applications of the aforementioned departments. Over time, you will be able to independently handle smaller legal cases as well as clarify the facts and legal situation in advisory inquiries. Furthermore, you will gain insight into other company areas of a legal protection insurer, such as underwriting, as well as the work of a case lawyer.
During your time as a trainee, you can always count on the support of your colleagues, other specialists, and your supervisor. With us, you can apply and deepen your legal knowledge in practice and develop and strengthen your communication and negotiation skills.
