Your Responsibilities
- Professional and personnel leadership of your team and deputising for the Head of Nursing Service
- Promote, challenge, and further develop employees
- Plan shifts and deployments proactively
- Ensure quality and think ahead together
- Participate in daily nursing activities and take responsibility
- Actively shape collaboration in the interprofessional environment
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
- Several years of professional experience in acute or long-term care as well as leadership experience
- Structured, reliable, and enjoy teamwork
- Good German language skills (at least C1)
