Cook EFZ (50-70%, m/f/d)

Your main tasks are

• Preparation and cooking of high-quality, varied, and healthy dishes in the cold and hot kitchen, as well as for the cafeteria
• Support with purchasing and inventory management
• Ensuring and implementing quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Coordination and collaboration to ensure smooth workflows
• Participation in events and occasions
• Support in the training of our apprentices
• Professional support of the supervisor in the further development of the gastronomy area as well as interdisciplinary collaboration

You have

• Qualification as a cook EFZ, with several years of professional experience, at least 2 years in a comparable position and environment
• High quality awareness and pronounced understanding of hygiene
• Team player with joy in thinking along and co-creating and high social competence
• Independent working style, resilience, high commitment, and flexibility
• Interest and commitment to the training of apprentices
• Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of MS Office programs
