• Process responsibility for person-centered care and support of our residents
• Day management with responsibility for a smooth running of daily care
• Active participation in project and specialist groups of the KZU
• Professional recognition and action in complex, rapidly changing situations
• Interprofessional collaboration, especially with therapy and medical services
• Enjoyment of medical-technical tasks and their professional execution

• Completed training as a nursing professional HF/FH or a foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
• Experience in medical-technical tasks is an advantage
• Service-oriented and person-centered action and work
• Knowledge in Kinaesthetics, integrative validation, and basal stimulation
• Confident handling of digital nursing documentation
• Sense of responsibility, independence, and organizational skills in daily care

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
