Lawyer (MLaw or lic. iur.), 80 - 100%The Office of Public Health ensures a high-quality and economically sustainable healthcare provision in the Canton of Zurich. It guarantees comprehensive medical treatment and care and promotes the health of the Zurich population.
The legal department of the office, which operates as an independent administrative unit, supports the office management and all specialist departments in all legal matters.
To cover a maternity leave, we are looking immediately or by arrangement and on a fixed-term basis for one year for a lawyer (MLaw or lic. iur.) 80 - 100%, with a broad interest in public law issues.
Your tasks
You will support the legal department in various subject areas, particularly with questions concerning the licensing system and supervisory procedures against medical and health professionals as well as institutions, exemptions from professional secrecy, and other exciting fields.
Your profile
You are a reliable, proactive, communicative, and committed individual. You have several years of professional experience, ideally in public law within an administration, a court, or a law firm. Your quick comprehension and broad general knowledge enable you to grasp complex matters in a short time and to formulate documents appropriately for the target audience. You enjoy working both independently and in an interdisciplinary and networked manner.
