With around 22 employees, the company develops and produces customised security solutions at the highest quality level – Swiss Made.

As part of a succession solution, we are looking for a responsible and technically strong personality as Technical Operations Manager / Design.

Your Tasks

• Operational and strategic management of the design, production, service, and delivery departments
• Technical and personnel management of up to 14 employees
• Responsibility for the implementation of technical projects as well as support for special and security projects
• Ensuring efficient processes in production, assembly, and procurement
• Leading management and coordination of resource, deployment, and capacity planning within the technical departments
• Participation in technical designs using CAD
• Further development of existing products, processes, and technical standards
• Technical contact person for technical and organisational issues
• Close collaboration with management, customers, suppliers, and internal specialist departments
• Support and participation in strategic and organisational matters

Your Profile

• Technical basic training, ideally as a designer, metalworker, or in a comparable field
• Technical or commercial further training is an advantage, e.g. as a technician HF, technical salesman, or in a comparable direction
• Several years of experience in design as well as in a technical production or operational environment
• Good CAD skills, ideally with Solid Edge
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in working with people
• Structured, solution-oriented, and down-to-earth personality
• Direct, transparent communication and entrepreneurial thinking
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively shaping processes
• Very good German skills, good English skills
