The Church Development Department supports future-oriented forms of community development in the Zurich Regional Church on behalf of the Church Council.
You advise and support the members of the church councils and district church councils in their demanding leadership tasks. You design and develop target group-oriented training, workshops, and tools for good authority work and accompany strategic processes in parishes. Furthermore, you are responsible for the development of the consulting team of the Church Development Department.
You bring solid experience in adult education, process consulting, and moderation. You are familiar with the structures and working methods in reformed parishes. In addition, you can address complex issues of authority work, analyze them in a structured way, and develop future-oriented solutions together with various stakeholders. Do you enjoy working in a team, think in a networked and interdisciplinary way, and implement tasks carefully? Then we look forward to your application.
